Before we begin, I’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed for your website, including your content, images, and key information.
You don’t need to have everything perfect.
Just enough to get us moving in the right direction.

3. Design & Build
I’ll design and build your one-page starter website, creating a clear structure that showcases your business in a thoughtful, strategic way.
Everything is tailored to you. I’m not using a template, and there’s no guesswork.
You’ll start to see your website come to life, without needing to manage all the moving parts yourself.
4. Review & Refine
Once your site is ready, you’ll have the chance to review everything and request any small tweaks.
We’ll make sure it feels right, looks polished, and reflects your business clearly and confidently.
5. Launch
Once you’re happy, I’ll take care of the final steps to get your website live.
Your site will be connected, optimised, and ready to go, so you can start sharing it with the world.

Below are a few additional costs to keep in mind, so you know exactly where everything stands from the beginning.

Your domain (website URL) is usually your business name, for example, mine is lookingglasscreative.co.
If you don’t have one yet, I can organise your first year free. After that, they’re typically around $25/year (as a rough guide).
Already have a domain? No problem. I can connect it to your new site or transfer it to Squarespace to keep everything in one place.

All Squarespace plans include fully managed cloud hosting and SSL.
The Core plan* is AUD $336/year or AUD $39/month. You’ll save 28% by paying annually, and I can also offer 20% off your first year when you sign up through me.
*This plan allows me to custom-code your website and create a bespoke site, just for you.

Show your customers you mean business by sending emails from your domain eg, hello@mywebsiteurl.com or joan@mywebsiteurl.com.
Get your first year free if you set up and connect Google Workspace through Squarespace. After that, on the Business Starter plan, you’re looking at AUD $9.90 per month. If you need help setting up your email account, give me a shout.

What you need:
Privacy Policy - Your site collects data (contact form, newsletters sign-ups & Google Analytics). You’re required to have a privacy policy so people understand how their data is being used & so that they may opt out.
Website Terms and Conditions (optional, but recommended)- Not just for selling items, it's about protecting the content, e.g. articles, images, etc, that would be deemed your intellectual property and the ability to use testimonials any way you see fit.
