DOMAIN
Your domain is the address that people use to find you online. Generally, this would be your name or your business name. The shorter the better, it should tell Google Search who you are.

If you are collecting data (your contact form, newsletters sign up forms, Google Analytics), it's a legal requirement that you have a privacy policy and a Website Terms and Conditions is used to protect your intellectual property.
