Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your VIP Squarespace Website in a Week is completed across five focused days within the same week.

Before we begin, there’s a preparation phase where you’ll gather your content and complete guided pre-work. Once everything is ready, I dedicate a full week to designing and building your website, with no competing projects.

  • Yes. Many clients come to me with an existing Squarespace website that feels cluttered, outdated, or unclear. The VIP Website in a Week works beautifully for strategic redesigns where we refine structure, improve messaging, and elevate the overall look and feel.

  • I recommend allowing at least two weeks (three is ideal) to gather your content.

All final content must be submitted at least 7 days before your booked build week so I can complete my preparation. If content isn’t ready by this point, your booking may need to be rescheduled.

  • We use a shared Google Drive folder where you’ll upload content, images, and files using guided prompts. Everything stays in one calm, organised place.

  • Yes. Once your content is submitted, we’ll have a strategy and direction call before build week to confirm design direction and priorities.

  • You’ll provide the core content, supported by copy prompts, structure guidance, and refinement of headlines and calls-to-action.

Optional copywriting support can be added and is completed before build week.

  • You can provide your own images, or I can source suitable stock imagery within a defined time allowance.
Professional brand photography is always recommended where possible.

  • Yes — content guidelines are in place to ensure your site stays clear, readable, and effective. Clear copy performs better than crowded pages.

  • You’ll need a registered domain and an active Squarespace Core plan or higher.
Basic plans don’t allow the custom design and functionality required for this service.

  • Yes, but only when it genuinely improves the site. Any extra cost recommendations are discussed and approved before proceeding.

  • Revisions are structured and contained so the project stays calm and on track.
You’ll also receive 14 days of post-launch email support for technical questions.

  • That’s no problem. Additional pages or functionality are discussed before booking and quoted upfront so expectations stay clear.
