2. Your Five Major Steps

With each of the goals you have listed in Dream Building and Goal Setting above, write down the five major steps you would need to take to bring those goals to fruition.

Next, for each of those major steps, we will break them down into smaller and manageable steps for you to achieve your goals.

3. Weekly Action Plan

Each week, you’ll select an affirmation for the week (we have lots for you to pick from if you need help), a habit goal for the week (this can be the same goal for the 90 days, or it can be something new each week).

We have a visualisation activity for you, looking ahead at an event or activity you have this next week and looking at how you want to feel about it.

We have a fun-to-say word of the week, and we also help you review the daily plans you set in your Major Steps above.

4. Daily Action Plan
