Once everything is ready, I design and build your Squarespace website over one dedicated week.

3. Review, refine, and handover
You’ll have a short, structured review period to refine details, followed by personalised video tutorials so you can confidently manage your website moving forward.

Your VIP Squarespace Website in a Week is completed across five focused days within the same week.
Before we begin, there’s a preparation phase where you’ll gather your content and complete guided pre-work.
Once everything is ready, I dedicate a full week to designing and building your website, with no competing projects.

I recommend allowing at least two weeks (three is ideal) to gather your content.
All final content must be submitted at least 7 days before your booked build week so I can complete my preparation. If content isn’t ready by this point, your booking may need to be rescheduled.

We use a shared Google Drive folder where you’ll upload content, images, and files using guided prompts. Everything stays in one calm, organised place.

Yes. Once your content is submitted, we’ll have a strategy and direction call before build week to confirm design direction and priorities.

You’ll provide the core content, supported by copy prompts, structure guidance, and refinement of headlines and calls-to-action.
Optional copywriting support can be added as an additional extra. All copy is completed before build week.

Absolutely. Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly, and I’ll provide personalised walkthrough videos so you feel confident managing your website after launch.

Your domain (website URL) is usually your business name, for example, mine is lookingglasscreative.co.
If you don’t have one yet, I can organise your first year free. After that, they’re typically around $25/year (as a rough guide).
Already have a domain? No problem. I can connect it to your new site or transfer it to Squarespace to keep everything in one place.

All Squarespace plans include fully managed cloud hosting and SSL.
The Core plan* is AUD $336/year or AUD $39/month. You’ll save 28% by paying annually, and I can also offer 20% off your first year when you sign up through me.
*This plan allows me to custom-code your website and create a bespoke site, just for you.

Get your first year free if you set up and connect Google Workspace through Squarespace. After that, on the Business Starter plan, you’re looking at AUD $9.90 per month. If you need help setting up your email account, give me a shout.
It’s not obligatory, but think about it: if your customer emails you, what email are you contacting them back on?

What you need:
Privacy Policy - Your site collects data (contact form, newsletters sign-ups & Google Analytics). You’re required to have a privacy policy so people understand how their data is being used & so that they may opt out.
Website Terms and Conditions (optional, but recommended)- Not just for selling items, it's about protecting the content, e.g. articles, images, etc, that would be deemed your intellectual property and the ability to use testimonials any way you see fit.
