If the package feels aligned, I’ll recommend a suitable scope based on the areas you’d like support with.
This may include improvements to clarity, SEO, layout, navigation, mobile experience, branding, or overall website flow.
3. Lock in your project
Once we’ve agreed on the scope, I’ll send through your proposal, agreement, timeline, and invoice to officially secure your project.
Detailed strategy, recommendations, and implementation planning happen after your project is confirmed.
4. I make the updates
Once everything is approved, I’ll begin refining and improving your website strategically and intentionally.
Depending on the agreed scope, this may include updates across key pages, SEO improvements, mobile optimisation, layout refinements, and more.
5. Review, refine, launch, and hand over with support
You’ll have the opportunity to review the updates and request final refinements before everything is wrapped up and ready to go live.
Once your website is launched, I’ll provide personalised screen recordings to help you confidently manage and update your site moving forward.
You’ll also receive 14 days of post-launch email support for any questions, small tweaks, or technical hiccups that pop up along the way.

Can You Change Template on Squarespace?
Sometimes what clients call a “Squarespace change template” is really a redesign, restructure, or visual overhaul.
If your site is on Squarespace 7.0, it may be possible to switch templates. If your site is on Squarespace 7.1, Squarespace does not allow true template switching, but you can still achieve a major redesign through layout, styling, structure, and content changes.
