The Feel Good NOW Journal - New Website Design

Industry: Publishing / Journaling / Wellbeing

The Feel Good NOW Journal is a deeply personal project for me. One created with love, intention, and a genuine desire to help people feel better in their everyday lives. Co-created with bestselling author and all-round wonderful human Belinda Alexandra, our journal is designed to help people set inspiring, achievable goals while cultivating a calmer, more mindful mindset.

As the journal entered its growth phase, we needed a dedicated online home. A place to tell its story, explain how it works, and guide people toward purchasing it with ease. The website also needed to support our growing newsletter, The Intentionalist, and communicate something very close to our hearts: that a portion of every journal sold is donated to two rescue animal organisations. Jade’s Dog Rescue NSW and Illawarra Cat Rescue.

I planned, designed, and built the site in Squarespace, handling everything from UX and SEO to copywriting (of course, this part with Belinda), newsletter integration, social media links, and custom code. The goal was to create a space that felt calm, warm, and quietly uplifting, somewhere our ideal reader would feel good simply spending time.

The result is a thoughtful, welcoming website that clearly explains the journal’s purpose while gently encouraging action. From an SEO perspective, the site is performing beautifully, ranking as the number one result for our brand name and attracting organic traffic through related search terms like “feel good journal.”

This project is especially meaningful to me because it’s not just a website; it’s part of something bigger. The journal was created slowly and with care, and the website reflects that same intention. I’m incredibly proud of what Belinda and I have built together, and even prouder that it supports causes we deeply care about.
