Metaphysical Compass is the work of Carla Jones, a deeply intuitive practitioner offering Human Design, Astrology, Bach Flower Essences, Sound Healing, and Hypnosis. When Carla came to me, she already had an existing website on WordPress, but the backend had become overwhelming and difficult to manage. She needed a fresh start. A complete rebuild and migration to Squarespace that would feel calm, cohesive, and truly reflective of her work.
The goal was to create a clear, welcoming online home where Carla could confidently showcase her services, sell her offerings, and build up her newsletter and client base, all without the tech stress. Carla already had a colour palette in mind, and my role was to elevate and unify it into a cohesive brand that felt grounded, intuitive, and professional.
I handled the full strategy and build, including migration from WordPress, SEO setup, e-commerce functionality, social integration, custom code, and overall site structure. A big focus was clarity, helping visitors easily understand Carla’s many offerings and navigate the site with ease, while still preserving the magic and depth of her work.
Before the rebuild, the site wasn’t appearing in Google search results at all. Now, Metaphysical Compass is visible, searchable, and positioned to grow. The new site has a strong foundation, clear branding, and a structure that supports both Carla and her clients.
Working with Carla was an absolute joy. She brought openness, trust, and a wonderful sense of humour to the process, and watching her reaction as the site came together was incredibly rewarding. This project felt like solving a beautiful puzzle, one filled with heart, intuition, and a little bit of magic.
